On the 21st July 1998 John Peel played 'Cuban Boy (Cuban Boys Go Boom)' for the first time. It was the first play anywhere of - at the time - the *only* Cuban Boys song in existence and spurred us on to greater, madder heights, culminating exactly one year later with an £800,000 EMI recording contract and at the end of 1999 a million selling top 5 hit single.

To commemorate this moment, we have released this brand new version of the hoary old classic to get you up and dancing at the discotheque.
